INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦪 150g frozen clams
Vegetables
- đź§„ 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of sliced chili
Oil
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
Liquid
- 🍷 2 tbsp white wine
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/5 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Mince the garlic.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the spaghetti.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat. When the garlic becomes fragrant, add frozen clams and stir over medium heat until coated with oil. Add white wine, cover, and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until clams open.
Add pasta water and seasonings (salt and black pepper) to the pan. Stir until the mixture becomes creamy. Add the cooked spaghetti and quickly toss to combine.
