  • 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 6 cups apples
  • 1 tablespoon white whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
