INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 200g peeled shrimp
- 🐟 2 fillets of salmon
Seasoning
- 🧄 3 cloves minced garlic
- 🧈 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Herbs
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
STEPS
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
Remove the salmon and set aside. In the same pan, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink.
Return the cooked salmon to the pan and spoon garlic butter over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
