INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g lotus root
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic
Toppings
- đź§€ 1 tbsp grated cheese
- Pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Cut the lotus root into quarter slices and then into 1cm thick pieces. Soak in water and drain.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the lotus root and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and garlic, then stir to combine.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle grated cheese and chopped parsley on top.
