- 100g garlic chives
Cheese / Dairy

Condiments
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the processed cheese into 5mm cubes.
Trim the root of the garlic chives and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place garlic chives and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
In a bowl, mix the condiments (soy sauce, grain mustard, olive oil, and black pepper). Add the processed cheese and garlic chives, then toss to combine.
