INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- š§ 8 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- š§ 20g butter
- š 1 cup cooked rice
STEPS
Slice 3 cloves of garlic and crush the remaining 5 cloves with the back of a knife.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over low heat and sautƩ the garlic until golden brown.
Remove the sliced garlic from the pan and set aside for garnish.
Add soy sauce to the pan with the crushed garlic and stir-fry briefly.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the garlic and soy sauce.
Add a piece of butter to the rice and stir-fry until fully melted and incorporated.
Transfer the fried rice to a serving bowl and garnish with the reserved garlic slices.
