INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g pork belly block
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Pierce the surface of the pork belly with a fork and place it in a microwave-safe container.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, grated garlic) in a bowl.
Pour the marinade over the pork belly, massage it in, cover lightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Microwave the pork belly at 600W for 4 minutes. Flip it over, re-cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for another 4 minutes.
