INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion, sliced
- 8 snap peas
Condiments
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp miso
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
Liquids
- 1 tbsp sake
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Slice the onion into 5mm wedges.
Remove the strings from both sides of the snap peas.
Thinly slice the garlic.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil, place chicken skin-side down, then layer onion, snap peas, garlic, miso, and sugar on top. Pour sake over and cover with a lid.
Once boiling, reduce to low heat and steam for 10 minutes. Stir lightly before serving.
