INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍖 1000g pork ribs
- 1 tbsp doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 1/4 cup rice wine
Seasoning
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp rice wine
- đź§„ 4 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
STEPS
Rinse the pork ribs in cold water 2-3 times and soak them for 30 minutes to remove excess blood.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, rice wine, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Boil the pork ribs with rice wine, doenjang, and bay leaves for 30 minutes.
Remove the boiled pork ribs from the pot and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over low heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the boiled pork ribs to the pan and stir-fry with the garlic.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the pan and mix well.
Simmer the ribs in the sauce until the liquid is reduced and the ribs are well-glazed.
Serve the garlic pork ribs hot as a main dish or snack.
