INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Meat
- 120g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- A sprinkle of aonori (seaweed flakes)
STEPS
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
Add Chinese noodles and 1 tbsp water to a pan. Stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes to loosen, then remove.
Wipe the pan clean, add salad oil, and heat over low heat. Add garlic slices and cook until lightly browned, then remove.
Add pork belly to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until color changes. Add bean sprouts and stir until coated with oil. Return noodles to the pan and mix well.
Add Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, and cooked garlic. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Plate the yakisoba and sprinkle aonori on top.
