INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 packs frozen udon
Seafood
- 80g boiled baby scallops
Vegetables
- 1 leaf cabbage, sliced
- 50g carrot, thinly sliced
- Chopped green onion, to taste
Seasoning
- 2 tsp salad oil
- Bonito flakes, to taste
- 1.5 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 10g salted butter
- A pinch of garlic paste
STEPS
Slice the cabbage into 2cm widths and thinly slice the carrot into 1cm thickness.
Place frozen udon on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add carrots, and stir-fry until softened. Add cabbage and sautƩ briefly over medium heat.
Add baby scallops, udon, and the seasoning ingredients (ā). Stir-fry briefly, then plate and garnish with bonito flakes and chopped green onion.
