- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) king oyster mushrooms
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 🌿 2 sprigs parsley, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake

- 2 tbsp olive oil

STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with sake, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 3 minutes.
