INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves (80g) cabbage
- 1/2 bag (100g) bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), sliced
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot into thin strips. Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core.
Heat salad oil and sliced garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the carrot and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Then add cabbage and bean sprouts, stir-frying for another minute. Add the seasonings and mix well.
