INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 1 piece grated ginger
- 100g shredded cabbage
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
STEPS
Grate the ginger.
Cut the pork belly into 1cm slices.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork for 2 minutes on one side.
Flip the pork and cook for another 2 minutes until browned. Remove excess fat with a paper towel.
Add grated ginger and the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce). Stir and cook until the pork is fully cooked.
Plate the shredded cabbage and place the ginger pork stir-fry on top.
