INGREDIENTS

- 150g chicken gizzards

Seasoning
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
STEPS
Slice the green onion diagonally.
Mix grated ginger, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and dashi powder to create the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add chicken gizzards, and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the sliced green onion and stir-fry briefly. Pour in the prepared sauce and mix well to coat the gizzards. Serve hot.
