- 24 Vienna sausages
- 400g rice cakes

- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp herb salt
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- đź’§ 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
STEPS
Prepare 24 Vienna sausages by making diagonal cuts.
Heat a pan and stir-fry 1 sliced onion and 1 tbsp minced garlic with 3 tbsp mayonnaise.
Add 400g washed rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Season with 1/2 tsp herb salt and continue stir-frying.
Add 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp plum extract, and 1 tbsp corn syrup. Stir well.
Pour in 1/2 cup water and stir, letting the rice cakes soften further.
Add the prepared sausages and stir until the cuts open up.
Finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1/2 stalk chopped green onion. Stir briefly and serve.
