Golden Split Pea Soup

  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups onion
  • 4 small potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups yellow split peas
  • 5 1/2 cups chicken broth, low-sodium
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Steps
