INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 1/2 goya (bitter melon)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- a pinch of yuzu kosho
- 🧂 a pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 packet bonito flakes
Protein
- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna
STEPS
Cut the goya in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith with a spoon, and slice thinly. Place in a bowl, add salt, and massage. Let sit for 5 minutes until softened, then rinse with water and drain.
Thinly slice the onion, soak in water, lightly massage, and squeeze out excess water. Drain the tuna can.
Combine goya, onion, tuna, and seasonings (mayonnaise, yuzu kosho, salt and pepper, bonito flakes) in a bowl and mix well.
