INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 🍚 ½ cup granulated sugar
- 🌿 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Dough
- 2 (16.3 ounce) cans Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Optional Add-ins
- 🌰 ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup raisins
Caramel Sauce
- 🍯 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 🧈 ¾ cup butter or margarine, melted
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 12-cup fluted tube pan with shortening or cooking spray.
In a large storage plastic food bag, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Separate dough into 16 biscuits and cut each piece into quarters. Shake in the bag of cinnamon-sugar to coat.
Arrange biscuit pieces in the prepared pan, adding walnuts and raisins among the dough pieces if desired.
Mix brown sugar and melted butter in a small bowl. Pour this mixture over the biscuits in the pan.
Bake for 28-32 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Turn upside down onto a serving plate, pull apart to serve, and enjoy warm.
