Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Place chicken on the grill, and discard the marinade. Cook until chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

💡 Pair with fresh vegetables like sliced tomatoes or a side of feta cheese for an authentic Mediterranean experience.Grilling over high heat will give the chicken a nice charred flavor, just ensure the chicken reaches 165°F internally for food safety.Marinating the chicken overnight can enhance the flavor even more.Use an instant-read thermometer for an accurate internal temperature check.
