INGREDIENTS

- 2 sausages (40g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 50g green peas
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 200cc milk
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 200cc water
STEPS
Slice the sausages diagonally and cut them into halves.
In a pot, add sausages and seasoning ingredients (☆). Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
Add green peas, cover again, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until the peas are cooked through.
Add butter and milk, heat over medium heat, and warm the soup thoroughly.
