INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 120g peeled shrimp
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetable
- 🌱 60g green peas
- 🧅 10cm (30g) sliced green onion
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Place green peas and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Make a cut along the back of the peeled shrimp to remove the vein. Wash and pat dry.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add green onion and shrimp, and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the shrimp changes color.
Add green peas and the seasoning ingredients (chicken stock powder, sake, salt, soy sauce) to the pan and stir-fry together.
Push the ingredients to one side of the pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the empty space and cook until semi-set. Mix the eggs with the other ingredients briefly.
