INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 ½ pounds ground pork
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups dry bread crumbs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 cup finely chopped sweet onion

- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 🧄 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 🧂 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 🍖 ½ cup barbeque sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
STEPS
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, scrape the grates clean, and spray them with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, tarragon, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Divide mixture into two loaves.
Blend barbecue sauce and ketchup in a small bowl.
Place meatloaves on grill grates, spread barbecue sauce mixture on top, and grill until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (73°C).
