INGREDIENTS

- 茄子 2 eggplants
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp plum syrup
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Wash the eggplants and slice them into 1cm thick pieces.
Heat a dry pan on high heat and grill the eggplant slices until golden brown on both sides.
Let the grilled eggplants cool slightly.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, minced garlic, plum syrup, sesame oil, minced green onion, and sesame seeds.
Combine the grilled eggplants with the seasoning and gently mix.
