INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Seafood
- 1 piece (60g) mentaiko
Condiments
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Toppings
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
STEPS
Cut the mentaiko open and extract the contents into a bowl. Mix with mayonnaise to create the mentaiko sauce.
Divide the cooked white rice into 4 portions. Wrap each portion in plastic wrap and shape into triangular rice balls.
Place the rice balls on a toaster tray lined with aluminum foil. Spread the mentaiko sauce on top and grill in the toaster for 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.
