INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
Protein
- 🥓 120g pork belly slices
Vegetables
- đź§… 5cm white part of green onion
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the green onion lengthwise, remove the core, and slice thinly. Soak in water and gently rub. Drain thoroughly after 5 minutes to make shredded green onion.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly slices and cook until browned on both sides.
Remove excess oil with a paper towel, then add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce). Cook until the sauce thickens while stirring.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, place the pork belly on top, and garnish with shredded green onion.
