INGREDIENTS

- 🍄 3 large portobello mushrooms
Marinade
- ¼ cup canola oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 🧅 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
STEPS
Clean mushrooms and remove stems, reserving them for another use. Place mushroom caps gill-side up in a shallow dish.
Combine canola oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped onion, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Pour the marinade mixture evenly over the mushroom caps and let marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grease the grates.
Grill the mushrooms over the hot grill until caramelized and tender, about 5 to 8 minutes. Serve warm.
