INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 4 servings of cooked rice
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (150g)
- 2 servings of furikake
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
Soy Sauce Glaze
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
STEPS
Divide the rice into two portions. Mix one portion with furikake and 2 tbsp sesame oil, then shape into triangular rice balls.
Mix the other portion of rice with drained tuna and 2 tbsp sesame oil, then shape into triangular rice balls.
Prepare the soy sauce glaze by combining soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and corn syrup. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Brush the soy sauce glaze onto both sides of the rice balls.
Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-low heat and grill the rice balls, flipping frequently to prevent burning.
Once golden and crispy, remove the rice balls from the pan and serve warm.
