- 🐟 200g salmon fillet

- 🥗 A handful of mixed salad greens
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes

STEPS
Season the salmon fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook on medium heat in a pan with olive oil for 4 minutes on each side.
