INGREDIENTS

- 🦪 150g boiled scallops
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
- đź§… 1/4 onion, minced
- 5 shiso leaves, julienned
Dressing
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Remove the strings from the celery and cut into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the shiso leaves. Mince the onion and soak it in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
In a bowl, mix the minced onion with the dressing ingredients (vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper).
Heat a frying pan with a little salad oil and grill the scallops on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
Arrange the celery, scallops, and shiso leaves on a plate, then drizzle with the prepared dressing.
