INGREDIENTS
Marinade
- 🍺 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
- 🟫 ¼ cup brown sugar
- 🧂 ¼ cup salt
- ¼ cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup teriyaki marinade
Chicken
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- Chicken legs (quantity not specified)
STEPS
Mix beer, brown sugar, salt, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and teriyaki marinade in a bowl.
Rub chicken with vegetable oil, poke holes in flesh with a fork, and arrange in a dish. Pour marinade over chicken, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
