- 100g brown sugar
- 63g cocoa powder
- 5g baking soda
- 144g Guinness beer
- 48g dark chocolate
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 150g buttermilk
- 126g grapeseed oil

Guinness Glaze

In another bowl, beat eggs with a hand mixer and gradually add grapeseed oil while mixing.

Add sugar and sifted dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking soda) into the mixture and stir until smooth.
Pour the batter into a parchment-lined pound cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes.
Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and Guinness beer in a bowl. Adjust the beer quantity to achieve the desired consistency.
Once the cake is fully cooled, drizzle the Guinness glaze over the top to finish.
