INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 1 ¼ pounds ground smoked ham
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound lean ground beef
Dairy
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🥚 2 eggs
Baking
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
Sauce & Flavoring
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can tomato soup
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
STEPS
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground smoked ham, ground pork, and ground beef. Stir in milk, eggs, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and form into large balls about 2 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate medium bowl, combine tomato soup, cider vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard powder. Mix well and pour the mixture over the meatballs.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until the internal meat temperature reaches 160°F (73°C).
