INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 mini tomatoes
- 🥬 1 frill lettuce leaf
Dairy
- đź§€ 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
Condiments
- 🍅 ketchup as needed
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
Other
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tsp salad oil
STEPS
Mix ground meat and seasoning ingredients in a bowl until sticky. Divide into 6 portions and shape into balls.
Slice mini tomatoes into thirds, tear frill lettuce into small pieces, and cut cheddar cheese into 6 portions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, cook meatballs on medium heat until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until fully cooked. Let cool.
Cut each meatball in half. Spread ketchup on one half, layer cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato, then sandwich with the other half. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat for all 6 burgers.
