INGREDIENTS

- 1 piece hanpen (150g)
- š¦ 4 frozen shrimp
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tsp flour
- š§ Pinch of salt
- Enough breadcrumbs to coat
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Rinse the shrimp briefly in water, remove the vein, and chop roughly.
Place the hanpen in a bowl and crush it finely with your hands.
Add shrimp, flour, salt, and mayonnaise to the bowl and mix well. Shape the mixture into 6 round portions.
Coat each portion with breadcrumbs and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes.
