INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 30g harusame (glass noodles)
- 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), julienned
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
Dressing
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Julienne the cucumber and carrot. Cut the harusame into shorter lengths using kitchen scissors.
Drain the oil from the tuna can.
Boil water in a pot and cook the harusame and carrot for 3 minutes. Drain well.
Mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, mayonnaise) in a bowl. Add the cooked harusame, tuna, cucumber, and carrot, then mix well.
