INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
Cheese / Dairy
- đź§€ 30g shredded pizza cheese
- đź§€ 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Herbs
- 🌿 Chopped parsley to taste
STEPS
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with the skin on. Place chopsticks on both sides of each potato and cut slits 2–3mm apart without cutting all the way through. Soak in water and drain.
Cut the bacon into 5mm wide strips.
Arrange the potatoes on a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper over the potatoes. Insert bacon and shredded pizza cheese alternately into the slits. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in a toaster oven for 5–10 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
