INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧐 Silken tofu 1 block (about 300g)
- 🍤 Shrimp 200g (with shell)
- 🥬 Spinach 1 bunch (cut into chunks)
Soup
- Water 4 cups
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic 1 clove (grated)
- Ginger 1 piece (thinly sliced)
- 🧂 Salt 1/2 teaspoon
STEPS
Wash the shrimp lightly under running water and remove the veins.
Add water, ginger, and garlic to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add shrimp to the pot, lower the heat, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pot with the spinach.
Finally, season with salt and soy sauce to taste.
