STEPS
Rinse shirataki noodles under running water, drain excess water, and cut to desired length.
Cut the mushrooms into your preferred size.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry quickly, then add shirataki and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, mix well, and turn off the heat.
