INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 400g pork tenderloin block
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 50cc white wine
- 🧈 30g salted butter
☆ Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp basil paste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
STEPS
Trim off any white sinews or fat from the pork tenderloin.
Rub salt all over the pork and let it rest for 30–40 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Mix the ☆ ingredients in a bowl and coat the pork thoroughly.
Place the pork on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 100°C for 50–60 minutes. Wrap in aluminum foil and let it rest for 30–40 minutes.
In a pan, combine butter, white wine, and the juices from the baked pork. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens.
Slice the pork into 5mm thick pieces, plate, and pour the sauce over.
