INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp herb salt
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Pierce the chicken breast with a fork in several places.
Place the chicken in a storage bag, add all seasoning ingredients, and massage. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Transfer the chicken to a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes. Leave covered until cooled to finish cooking with residual heat.
