INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 6 slices of sandwich bread
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 3 slices of melting cheese
Hijiki Tartar
- 80g cooked hijiki
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🐟 1 can of oil-packed tuna (70g)
- 🥄 1 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Cut the crusts off the sandwich bread. Drain the oil from the tuna can.
In a bowl, combine the hijiki, boiled egg (mashed with a spoon), tuna, and mayonnaise to create the hijiki tartar.
Place melting cheese and hijiki tartar evenly on half of the bread slices, then cover with the remaining bread slices. Seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
Toast the sandwiches in a toaster for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
