INGREDIENTS
Chocolate
- 1 (4 ounce) package BAKER'S White Chocolate
- 1 (4 ounce) package BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Fats
- 🧈 6 tablespoons butter
Liquid
- 💧 ⅓ cup water
Dry Mixes
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
Sweeteners
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Decorations
- ✨ 6 tablespoons multi-colored sprinkles
STEPS
Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, ensuring the ends of foil extend over the sides.
Microwave white chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, butter, and water in a large microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Add dry pudding mix and stir with a whisk for 2 minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, stirring after each addition until blended.
Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan and top with sprinkles, pressing them lightly into the fudge to secure.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Using the foil handles, lift the fudge from the pan and cut into bite-sized pieces.
