INGREDIENTS
Seasoning

- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 🥣 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
Meat
- 🍖 1 (5 pound) bone-in pork shoulder roast
Vegetables
- 🥬 ½ large head cabbage, shredded
STEPS
Combine salt, pepper, and ground ginger in a bowl; evenly rub onto pork roast then place into a slow cooker.
Whisk soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke together in a bowl; pour over pork roast. Cover slow cooker.
Cook on Low for 10 hours.
Add cabbage to slow cooker; cook 30 minutes more.
Shred pork to serve.
