INGREDIENTS

- š¤ 10 shrimp
- š½ 4 tbsp canned corn
- š„ sufficient amount of milk
Seasoning
- š§ 2 tbsp butter
- š§ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- š§ a pinch of salt
STEPS
Prepare 10 shrimp, thaw if frozen, and make a slit on the back for better presentation.
Heat a pan and add butter and minced garlic. Stir until the butter melts and garlic is sautƩed.
Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked.
Blend 3 tbsp canned corn with enough milk to cover it, creating a corn sauce.
Pour the blended corn sauce into the pan with shrimp and simmer until slightly thickened.
Add 1 tbsp canned corn for texture, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
