INGREDIENTS
Liquid
- 🍊 ¾ cup orange juice
- 🍋 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 🍯 ½ cup honey
Spices
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Protein
- 🍗 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
STEPS
In a nonporous glass dish or bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, curry powder, and paprika. Mix well.
Add chicken breasts to marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove chicken from marinade and discard the remaining marinade. Place chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
