INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 200g rice tteokbokki cakes
- đź§„ 4 tbsp coarsely chopped garlic
- 2.5 tbsp canola oil
- A pinch of parsley powder
- 🌾 A pinch of sesame seeds
- 3-4 lines of condensed milk
STEPS
Prepare the rice tteokbokki cakes. If they are hard, blanch them in boiling water and rinse with cold water.
Coarsely chop the garlic. Avoid crushing it completely to maintain texture.
Prepare condensed milk, parsley powder, and sesame seeds.
Heat canola oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic until golden brown.
Add the blanched rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry to coat them with the garlic oil.
Transfer the rice cakes to a plate and sprinkle parsley powder and sesame seeds on top.
Drizzle condensed milk over the rice cakes. Adjust the amount to taste.
