INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 4 fillets horse mackerel (140g)
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Vegetables
- Baby leaf, as needed
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes, as needed
STEPS
Cut the lemon in half lengthwise.
Season the horse mackerel fillets with salt and pepper, let sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry with kitchen paper and coat with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan, place the fillets skin-side down, and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes until golden. Flip and cook on low heat for another 2 minutes.
Plate the fish and garnish with lemon slices and vegetables.
