INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍜 Chinese noodles for two servings
- 🧈 Firm tofu, one block
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of chili oil
- A pinch of white pepper
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic, grated
- 1 piece of ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 💧 500ml of water

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic and ginger.
