INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
- 🍓 2 tbsp strawberry jam
Egg Salad
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 4 crab sticks
- 🥄 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Cabbage Salad
- 2 cabbage leaves
- 🥕 10g shredded carrot
- 🥄 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Mash the boiled eggs and mix with chopped crab sticks and mayonnaise. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Shred the cabbage and carrot, then mix with mayonnaise. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread the egg salad and cabbage salad generously on separate slices of bread.
Prepare two sandwiches: one with egg salad and one with cabbage salad.
Spread strawberry jam on one side of each sandwich.
Combine the jammed sides of the sandwiches together.
Wrap the sandwiches in plastic wrap and let them rest for 10 minutes (optional).
Cut off the crusts neatly.
Slice each sandwich into two halves and serve.
